Lay chicken thighs flat and sprinkle with Seasoned Salt (on one side only) and pepper.
Place thighs in non-stick skillet on medium high heat.. Let brown slightly on both sides, cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer in own juices for 20 minutes.
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
Remove chicken from skillet and scrape up bits of meat from bottom. Deglaze with chicken broth (or wine) and season to taste. Thicken with 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with a little water.
Place stuffing on serving platter and top with thighs. Pour sauce over all and serve.
