Linda's Sausage-Cornbread Dressin..

Ingredients

  • 1 lb package bulk sausage
  • 1 8X8 pan cornbread broken into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken stock
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 bunch celery chopped
  • 4 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Cook sausage with onions and celery until sausage is brown. Add seasonings and mix well. Pour into mixing bowl.

Add cornbread to mixture and mix well. Add stock to mixture until it is well moistened.

Spray medium or large muffin pans with butter flavored non-stick spray. Press mixture into pans filling to top.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Invert onto serving platter and serve.
