Preheat oven to 400F. Place the sausages in a small baking pan. Bake them until they are browned, about 20 minutes. Transfer the sausages to a dinner plate and cut them into 1/2-inch chunks. Reserve.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until it is not quite al dente. Lift the pasta out of the pot with a pasta fork and put it in a mixing bowl. Keep the pasta water simmering.
In a saute pan large enough to hold all of the cooked pasta, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the prosciutto. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Turn the heat to high. Add the wine and cook for 3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol. Add the tomatoes with juices, pepper flakes, and the reserved sausage. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the clams, coriander, and garlic to the pot. Cover and steam the clams until they open, about 5 - 6 minutes.
Plunge the pasta back into the simmering water for 1 minute. Drain well. Divide the pasta among four heated serving plates, and top each serving with equal amounts of tomato sauce, sausage, and clams.
