Ingredients

  • 10oz linguini
  • 2oz Oil
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 6ea Clames(uncooked)
  • 3ea Shrimp(uncooked 21/25)
  • 4ea Mussles(uncooked)
  • 2oz Fish Stock
  • 6oz White wine
  • 4oz Marinara
  • 3tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1tbsp Butter
  • 1tbsp Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil and garlic. Don't burn. Add clam and. Saute for 1min. Add white wine and add clams. Cover for 2min. Add fish stock and mussles and cover for 3min. Add shrimp cook for 2min. Add Marinara toss 3 or 4 times. Add hot pasta and toss. Add crushed red peppernad salt and pepper toss. Bring all ingredients to one side of the pan. Add pasta mix in flavor from the botom of the pan. place pasta in pasta bowl. Add butter to mixture in pan toss. Place the mixture on the top of the pasta.
