1 Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. With sharp knife, score both sides of the steak; place on rack in broiling pan.
2 Sprinkle steak with 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper. Cut tomatoes in half.
3 Brush tomatoes with Italian dressing and arrange, cut side up, around steak; broil 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and slice mushrooms.
4 With tongs, turn steak; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper.
5 Arrange mushroom slices in overlapping rows on broiler rack; brush with Italian dressing.
6 Broil the steak 5 minutes more for rare or 6 minutes for medium. To check the doneness, with a knife, make a small cut in the center of meat.
7 With knife in slanting position, carve thin slices across width of steak. Serve slices with broiled vegetables. Spoon drippings over, if you like.
