Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies..

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Macadamian nuts, chopped

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased coolie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for a minute before attemting to remove.
