mac&cheese casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 box mac&cheese deluxe
  • 2 lbs ground beef/pork,or shredded chicken
  • 2 can veggies(any)(i corn and peas)
  • 1 bag sliced cheese cheddar or american
  • to ta salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Brown your meat in large pot. Cook mac&cheese as directed on box. Open and drain can veggies.

pre heat oven to 350 degrees and place rack on bottom shelf

Mix meat, Mac&cheese and veggies in large pot. salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese slices to top of mix (maynot need all cheese slices)

place pot with lid on in oven until cheese is melted.

Recipe Notes

This is a meal that's easy, fast, hearty, add doesn't coast much to make. First meal me and my dad ever made together. Great for teaching kids to cook.
