Macaroni & Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 c Milk
  • 2 lbs Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 2 bx Rich & Creamy Krafts Mac & Cheese
  • 2 pks Mac & Cheese Powder
  • 1 lg pot Water (Boiling)
  • 1 stick Margarine
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

With a 2 lb block of Pepper Jack Cheese cut off 25% and set aside.

With the 75% Block cut into 2x2" cubes. Set Aside.

With the 25% Block shred. Set Aside.

In a large pot with 1 t salt and water bring to boil

Once water is boiling add the 2 boxes of macaroni pasta. Constantly stir to avoid sticking.

Once aldente' drain in Coriander.

In same large pot add 2 cups water butter and kraft cheese power mix. Let Butter melt.

Once Butter is melted add the cooked pasta and cheese cubes. Stir well

In large Corningware baking dish place all the mixed ingredients.

Preheat oven to 375

Sprinkle on top of mixture the 25% Shredded Jack Cheese

Place in oven until top is well browned. Remove and serve.

You are going to drain it in a coriander??? Mix in the cheese power? And ALDENTE? What is that? Ok, Learn to punctuate and spell if you are going to publish this? Also it is from a chef?
