Bring water to a boil, then add in noodles. Preheat oven to 400
While noodles are cooking, chop up dogs and olives.
When noodles are almost done, melt butter in pan. Add in flour and whisk continually for 1 minute.
Add in milk , 1/2 of cheese, dogs, 1/2 of olives, and spices. Let cook.
Drain noodles, then mix in sauce .
Add rest of cheese and olives to top
Bake 30 minutes and serve.
