Mahi mahi with Balsamic Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Fish mahi mahi fillet raw (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped red onion finely
  • 1 cup white wine (dry)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley fresh

Cooking Instructions

Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper.

Pour oil in a large frying pan. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook fish and onion in oil for 3 minutes. Flip fish over.

Mix in wine vinegar and capers and cook 3 minutes.

Take fish out of pan using a slotted spoon. Cook liquid another 3 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup

Spoon sauce over fish and top with parsley when ready to serve.
