Mix buttermilk and hot sauce. Remove skin from chicken pieces and wash. Place chicken and buttermilk in large plastic bag or bowl and cover. Let marinate overnight. Mix dry ingrediants together and place in shallow dish or pie plate. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain chicken and roll in dry ingrediants. Place in baking dish in single layer. Drizzle with butter cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for 30 minutes. Do not turn over! Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
I loved it when my mom made this when I was a kid! She served it with mashed potatos and green beans and we were always begging for more!
