
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook 12 min. or until browned and done. Remove chicken and keep warm.
ADD shallots and garlic and cook until tender. Add broth, syrup, mustard and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened and reduced to about 1 cup. Serve over chicken.
