
MIX 2 tbsp. syrup and 1 tbsp. mustard.
PLACE ham in roasting pan and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 325°F. for 1 hr. 30 min. Uncover and bake 30 min. more, brushing with syrup mixture or until meat thermometer reads 140°F.
MIX cornstarch, broth, thyme, black pepper, remaining syrup and remaining mustard until smooth. Set aside.
HEAT butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until tender. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve sauce with ham.
