Preheat the oven to 400F. To make the cake, beat the eggs with the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and salt until frothy. Sift the flour and cornstarch together and trickle into the egg mixture while stirring. Add the hot butter and stir the mixture together lightly. Mix one third of the batter with the cocoa powder. Grease the pan and dust with bread crumbs. Spoon the light-colored batter into the pan. Spoon the dark batter into a pastry bag with a flat tip. Insert the tip into the light batter and pipe swirls. Alternatively, use a knife to swirl large spoonfuls of the dark batter into the light batter. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove, stand on a wire rack or turn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
