Marinaded Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teasp. salt
  • 1 teasp. sugar
  • 1 tbs minced onion
  • 1/2 teasp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 teasp. rosemary
  • 1/2 teasp. powdered ginger
  • 1 teasp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbs. honey
  • 2 tbs. vinegar

Cooking Instructions

put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

Cut flank steaks into serving size pieces and score diagonally on both sides to allow the marinade to get into steak. Put steak and marinade into a zip top bag and allow to sit a few hrs. or overnight.

Grill steaks and discard marinade.
