In medium saucepan mix gravy and mushrooms. Over medium heat, heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over potatoes.

I added the pan juices to the gravy also and served it over Country Crock mashed potatoes from the supermarket. It was quick, easy and what I was hungry for. |
