In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Cook onion and garlic until tender. Add gravy and heat through. Serve over potatoes.
TIP: In medium saucepan place 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces. Cover with water. Add salt if desired. Over high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to a medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with 3/4 cup milk and 2 tbsp. margarine or butter. (Season to taste with salt and pepper.)
