Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 pounds all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut in 2-inch chunks
  • 33/4 cups milk
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
  • 11/2 tablespoons salt
  •  

Cooking Instructions

Cook potatoes in water to cover 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with milk, margarine and salt.
