Meat Loaf with a Twist

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell's® Mushroom Gravy
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg , beaten
  • 1/2 cup Puff Pastry Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 6 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes

Cooking Instructions

MIX 1/4 cup gravy, beef, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup salsa thoroughly. In baking pan shape firmly into 8- by 4-inch loaf.

BAKE at 350°F. for 1 1/4 hours or until meat loaf is no longer pink (160°F.).

MIX in small saucepan 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining gravy and remaining salsa. Heat through. Serve with meat loaf and potatoes.
