Cut onion into slices and line bottom of 6 qt.crock pot under boston butt..
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours - depends on size of your butt -
Save 1/2 cup of liquid from crock pot - drain remainder.
Let butt cool until pork can be pulled apart removing fat and bone.
Mix B-B-Q sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tbs worchester sauce 1/2 cup of saved cooking liquid with pulled pork in crock pot.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
PROBLEM - visitors will be sneaking bites from crock pot even before it is really cool enough to eat -
Serve on buns or as main meat dish with choice of vegetables or side dishes. ENJOY!!!!!!
