Mix butter sugar eggs vanilla with mixer till smooth.Mix flour soda salt cinnamon, add to butter mix blend well. Add 1"apples chunks mix with fork it will be thick. Spread in 8x13 greased pan Bake 1hr 350 degrees Do not cover till cool.
Or try Rhubarb chunks instead
