garlic,green chilly,methi ko grind karein phir barik pyaz(onion) kaat le.pan mein thoda sa ghee dalein,phir grind kiya mixture dalein,phir onion daal kar saute karein halka brown hone tak.
us mixture mein salt,black pepperdaal kar hilayein or phir paneer daal de or mix kar taki masala usk saath lag jaye.
usme malai or 2 tablespoon milk daaleinor 3-5min k liye pakayein garma garam serve karein aapki methi malai paneer tayar hai..
