Ingredients

  • 2 cans Mexicorn drained
  • 2 cups Mayo
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese grated
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4-1 cup Jalapeno Peppers chopped

Cooking Instructions

Mix all--Spray Pam in baking dish and bake @ 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with SCOOPS

Great and Easy Dip

Received this recipe and thought yuk. Made it the first time and it was all gone by the end of the night. I made it again and people asked for what was left. Now it is a favorite that I take everywhere. It is so easy to make.
