Ingredients

  • 12 any hotdogs you like
  • 12 ortega whole green chiles
  • 16oz jalapeno cheese - shredded
  • 12 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 enough oil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

You can hotdogs whole or slice down the middle - Always cook hotdogs first - Oil should be hot enough to deep fry as soon as you put your first hotdog in - pat dry the ortega chiles after slicing lengthwise - lay flat on tortilla - add desired amount of cheese - add hotdog - roll up and put a toothpick through it - add to hot oil until crunchy - EAT AS IS OR DIP IN YOUR FAVORITE DRESSING OR SAUCE....
