Very good

I made this dish for my Dad and his wife (who is a very good cook). All three of us loved it! It was very easy to make, as well. I could not find any 6-inch tortillas, so I went with the smallest ones I could find, which were labelled "fajita" size tortillas. They were a little bigger than 6 inches, but worked. Recommend this dish highly.
