Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Put tortillas on a baking sheet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray.
Spread 1 tablespoon ketchup over each tortilla and spoon 1/4 cup salsa over the ketchup.
Top each pizza with 3 tablespoons Cheddar cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
