Microwave lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 box No Boil Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 jars Pasta Sauce
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 2 lb Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Soak Noodles in Tupperware (R) Large Deep Rock N Serve using HOT water from tap.

Mix seasoning fresh garlic sale and pepper with meat and place into the base of the Oval Microwave Cooker. base colander to allow fat to drip from meat while cooking. Cook for 12 minutes. Stir halfway though.

Drain noodles and begin to layer lasagna as follows into Large Deep Rock N Serv: sauce pasta ricotta cheese meat mozzarella cheese sauce etc. The final layer should be sauce.

Seal Rock N Serve and open vent tab. Microwave for 12 minutes. Carefully remove cover and add a layer of cheese. Replace cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

***For a Mexican flair - add taco seasoning to the meat while cooking!
