Heat oven to 350 F. In top of double boiler over hot water melt cheese stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in crab meat and shrimp. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold up envelope-style. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; cover with foil. Bake at 350 F. for 10 to 15 min. or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
