Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Using a muffin tin, fill in each "muffin" with the beef mixture and pat down to fit.
place in oven at 350 for approx 20 minutes.
Optional- add thin layer ketchup to the tops and then bake.
Serve when finished. A serving is one meatloaf. Great served with mashed potatos, roasted asparagus, or brocoli.
I love these little meatloafs, they are so cute and they taste great! If your kids will eat stuffing and hamburgers, they will love these.
