Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Not a gooey, chewy chocolate chip cookieThis recipe was a disappointment after reading the reviews. And the lesson is, don't waste time during the holidays trying a new form of an already great cookie, The Original Toll House Chocolate Chip cookie. Too cake like and not gooey melt in your mouth. |

Not like the recipe on the Nestles Choc Chip bagThese cookies were OK, but not nearly as good as the original Nestles recipe. I've never eaten a chocolate chip cookie that can beat the old recipe.
I'll stick to my Nestles recipe from now on. |

Yummy!I'm baking them now! The batter tastes so much better than some recipes (raw & cooked) haha! I added nuts and cherry chips(like chocolate chips but they are cherry instead) to half of the batter and they turned out great also! Thanks for the great recipe! |
