Mom's saturday night franks &..

Ingredients

  • 4 lg beef or turkey franks, cut into 1"-thick slices
  • 1 19 oz can cannellini beans,rinsed,drained
  • 1 16 oz can baked beans,homestyle
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 8.5 oz pkg corn muffin mix, like Jiffy
  • 3/4 cup shredded lo-fat cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400. In 2-quart baking dish,combine franks,cannellini beans,baked beans and chili sauce. Bake 15 min or until bubbly. In bowl,stir together muffin mix,1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 water. Drop by heaping tbsp over bean mixture. Sprinkle w/ remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 15 min or until topping is golden and cooked through. Let stand at least 10 min before serving.
