11/10/07 04:39 PM | good but a little wateryAfter making this once and finding it a little thin, I tried again with 1 cup yogurt and only 2 tablespoons of FROZEN Orange juice. I put the yogurt in the blender first and added strawberries and orange juice concentrate and then pressed puree. It blended nice and thick, then I added just a couple of ice cubes for a very tasty drink.
Why is it "Mongolian" though? |
