  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp barley miso
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

Cook the mushrooms in the sesame oil until soft. Liquidize to a puree and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
