  • 3 pks Goya chicken concentrate
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pack mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • pinch dry mustard
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch baking soda
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup cream sherry

Cooking Instructions

melt butter combine with flour mustard and pepper till smooth..slice mushrooms and Add chicken stock: cook over low heat for 35 min.then stir in milk and sherry
