My Baked Macaroni and Cheeses's

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. white chedder cheese
  • 2 8 oz. munster cheese
  • 2 8 oz. yellow sharp cheese
  • 1 8 oz. montery jack cheese
  • 1 8 oz. velvetta cheese
  • 3 quarts half & half
  • 3 lagre eggs (whole)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 table spoon pepper
  • 1 tbls salt
  • 1 tbls seasoned salt
  • 3 1/2 1 lb. elbow macoroni

Cooking Instructions

pre-heat oven at 450

boil macoroni for about 15 minutes or until tender. NOT TO TENEDER PLEASE do not over cook

shread all cheeses dice velvetta into small cubes while macoroni is boiling. or prep night before.

drain all water off of macoroni. pour into big alum. pan.

pour all agredients into pan. EXCEPT VELVETTA CHEESE CUBES.

stir chesses butter half and half salt and pepper together. Till well mixed.

now add velvetta cheese cubes. Mix lighlty leave a few on top.

cover tightly with alumninum foil.

turn oven down to 400 place pan in oven

let cook slowly for about two hours. PLEASE KEEP CHECK

after two hours take aluminum foil off of pan turn up oven 375 cook 30 minutes

check pan 30 minutes if lightly brown on edges and some on top its done.

if not cook 30 more minutes

Done now enjoy!!!!

it is what it says cheezy

I tried and loved this recipe. compared it to mine and was great. You know how you get tried of eating your own food and wonna try something different, well this is it. Thank you for making my taste buds jump
