  • 3 lbs chuck roast

Cooking Instructions

place roast in zip-lock bag w/bottle of favorite Italian dressing. refridgerate overnite.

heat grill to high. sear both sides of roast-about 4 minutes each side. lower heat to indirect and cook for 45-55 minutes dependent on size of roast and desired wellness.

remove from grill to rest. slice meat 1/4" thick across the grain.
