In large bowl mix peanut butter and condensed milk with electric mixer. Mixture will be very stiff.
Using spatula or large wooden spoon gently fold in thawed Cool Whip until blended and no streaks of white show. Don't mixer for this.
Divide between two pie shells. the plastic lids in the pie shell to cover each pie crimping the edge to keep it on. Freeze for 2-4 hours. Remove about 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
This recipe made my dear mother-in-law famous among family and friends. She is gone now and we miss her so much - but the love she shared with us will live on in this recipe. We love you Neets!!!

It took me 5 minutes and most of that was opening stuff needed to make it. Most PB pies are too sweet, too many weird ingredients - this is easy as pie. Try it with chocolate oreo crust. To die for!!! |
