Ingredients

  • 8 whole-wheat graham cracker squares, finely ground
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons unsweetened coconut

Cooking Instructions

Combine ground whole-wheat graham crackers, raisins, peanut butter and honey in a small bowl. Pat into 8 cookies and press lightly in coconut.

Idiot reviewers

Volsbabe5689---You say some other recipe is "much more satisfying and delicious"...how can you know, when you say you haven't even tried this one?! Your low rating affects the average...truly unfair to rate something 'one star' that you haven't tried.

Something My Kidas Made 30 Years Ago

As I have said before, everything comes around again in time. But making these with chunky peanut butter is much better, and adding some cinnamon either to the mix, or to the coconut you roll them in is very good.

Sounds delicious: all my favorite flavors. BUT, tell me where you can find graham crackers without hydrogenated fats?!
