cut the top's off the bell peppers and clean out the inside. Chop the tops of the peppers into small pieces and fry all of these in the olive oil until soft. Fry the ground meet and season with salt and pepper. mix the ground meat, vegies and cooked rice together with one can of the tomatoe soup.Fill the peppers and place in a baking dish. Mix the other can of tomatoe soup with i can of water or vegetable stock and pour over the peppers. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Place 1 pepper in a plate and top with juice from the pan and parsaley.
