Oatmeal- Apple Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 pkgs raisins and spice instant oatmeal
  • 2 cans apple pie filling
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • non-stick spray

Cooking Instructions

Spray 9x9 pan with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl combine instant oatmeal,cinnamon,and pie filling.

Spoon mixture into pan.

Melt butter in a glass measuring cup in microwave and then pour over entire mixture.

Cover pan with foil and bake for :45 min.(400deg) then remove from oven and serve hot.

*You can top this dessert with cool whip or vanilla ice cream if you desire*
