
Heat oven to 350°F. Have baking sheet(s) ready.
In a large bowl with mixer on high speed, beat first 8 ingredients (butter through salt) until well blended. Reduce speed to low; beat in flour just until blended. Stir in oats, chocolate and pecans. Drop rounded tablespoons about 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheet(s).
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet, then remove to a wire rack to cool.
