01/14/10 10:38 AM | Pasta E FagioliOUTSTANDING!!!!! I made this recipe and only had half a jar of spagetti sauce and was worried. No need...I also cut my carrots in slices and used a 16 oz bag. I cooked dry beans because you get more for less and no added sauce. It is a must to cook your pasta seperately and add at the end. I must say this was 10 times better than any I have eaten at Olive Garden. There was alot more substance with the broth. I would recommend this wholeheartedly... a definate 5 star! |

10/30/09 03:09 PM | OLIVE GARDEN PASTA E FAGIOLI SOUPGREAT, EASY PREP, FAMILY LIKED VERY MUCH. I ADDED A CLOVE OF CHOPPED GARLIC AND SUBSTITUTED PEPPER SAUCE FOR PEPPER. SUGGEST YOU PREPARE PASTA SEPARATELY, AND POUR SOUP OVER PASTA WHEN SERVING, KEEPS PASTA FROM BEING TOO SOFT. SERVED WITH GARDEN SALAD AND GARLIC BREAD. GRANDPA JA |

remembered from Olive G. Add heavy, crusted dark bread with
mixture of butter with pesto, great meal for taking to work,or as main course. Easy to just cut down ingredient portions, just throw it in...can't go wrong. |

12/21/08 03:00 PM | 4 stars on this oneOH my goodness,. I have love this soup and have been making it for ages for my family. I never had a recipe to follow I would just order it when I went to Olive Garden and figured the ingredients in my head. I am amazed how close I came to the original
recipe. I make it almost exact as it is written. I'd give it a 4 star for sure. |
