Olive Garden Toscana Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 medium potato cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 cups rough chopped kale leaves...discard stems
  • 1/2 lb hot italian sausage
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

combine stock and cream in saucepan.. cook over medium heat.....quarter potato slices..add to soup along with the kale...cook sausage til no longer pink inside...cut into 1/2 inch angled slices...add to soup along with salt, pepper an crushed red pepper.....simmer for about 1 hour

if this DOESNT taste as good as Olive Gardens....... i will buy yu dinner there hahah
