Omas Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft, butter
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup hazelnuts,finely ground
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

Mix togehter the butter and sugar until well blended.Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition.Add Hazelnut to batter, mix;add baking powder mix well.Last, add the flour and milk alternating until all ingredients are blended. Butter and flour the cake pan (bundt).Pour cake batter into pan.Bake in 375 oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert cake onto a cooling rack and let it cool. Serve cake slices with a dolop of whip cream. YUUMMMM!!!!!!!!

My Mom made this cake all the time when I was growing up.My sister and I used to fight over the last piece.Thanks Mom for sharing the recipe.
