Cooking Instructions

Crush ramen noodles in their package to break up the noodles into small pieces. Saving the seasoning packets for a later , poor the crushed noodles into a frying pan. Turn heat to medium. Let the noodles heat up. Stir them ocationaly. When the noodles start to turn brown, add 1-2 Tbs. water. Mix right a way to evenly coat the noodles with water. This is to soften the noodles without cooking them all the way. Add more water as needed until a majority of the noodles are soft, but not cooked. Then take them off the heat and let them cool to room temperature.

While the noodles are cooling, pour the broccoli slaw in a big mixing bowl. Stir in the green pepper, green onion, almonds and sunflower seeds.

Mix the dressing by adding all the ingredients. Stirring until the sugar is dissolved mostly.

Sprinkle the oriental seasoning packets over the broccoli slaw mixture and mix really well. Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Mix well. Add the ramen noodles and mix well. Refrigerate over night. Stir and serve the next day.
