Ingredients

  • 1 c raisins
  • 4 egg yolks (retain whites)
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg and cinnamon combined
  • 1-1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c pecans
  • 9-inch pie crust

Cooking Instructions

Bake pie crust. Heat all remaining ingredients until melted together; then add whites of eggs, stiffly beaten. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake in oven until brown. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
