Ingredients

  • 1 bunch spinach,1spanish onion,2 hot peppers,1clove garlic,1tablespoon tomato paste
  • half gallon milk,half cup lemon juice.

Cooking Instructions

prepare cheese--boil milk add lemon juice see the milk cuddle and water starts separating, strain in muslin cloth and keep some weight over it to press and form a thick cake, cut it into cubes and leave it, this is called paneer. chop spinach,onion,peppers,garlic in a chopper, saute this paste in a non stick pan with olive oil add tomato paste, salt to taste and cook on slow fire for 15 mins, add paneer cook another 15 mins, eat with naan or pita bread
