Cooking Instructions

Using a sharp knife, score steak by making shallow diagonal cuts at 1" intervals in a diamond pattern. In 12" skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add steak and cook until browned on both sides, about 8 min.

Add roasted ranchero cooking sauce. Simmer 3 min. for medium-rare or until desired doneness. Remove steak and let stand 5 min. Add beans to sauce and heat through.

Slice steak on the diagonal. Divide steak and sauce among tortillas. Top with sour cream and wrap.
