METHOD:
In a baking dish, combine the potatoes, sliced onions, garlic, 1 1/2 cups cream, thyme, cheese, salt and white pepper. Cover and bake for 1 hour, or until the potatoes are very tender.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Season the lamb with salt and pepper. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in a skillet and cook the lamb until golden brown and medium rare. Serve with the potatoes.
Round Out the Meal:
With sauteed spinach.

Parmesano cheese is mentioned...It's mention in the Method section between Thyme and salt. He says cheese assuming you know he means the Parmesano listed between Thyme and salt in the Ingredients section. This dish is wonderful! |

Missing InstructionsDid I miss something here? Title says "Creamy Parmesan Potatoes" and Parmesan cheese is never mentioned in the cooking instructions.
