1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Deep fry paneer cubes
3. Mash the paneer cubes into coarse by hand
4. Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a pan
5. Add jeera chopped green chillies chopped onions
6. Fry till onion turns golden brown
7. Add mashed paneer cubes salt and saute for a minute
8. Garnish with corriander leaves
9. Serve hot with chapathis/pooris
10. or make bread sandwich
